The CPT® QuickRef app, developed by the American Medical Association (AMA), offers a comprehensive set of coding and billing tools at your fingertips. This on-the-go reference guide is designed to assist you in accurately choosing the appropriate Current Procedural Terminology (CPT®) codes for billing purposes. It is important to note that while this app provides suggested codes, the final code selection remains the responsibility of the individual user.

CPT QuickRef stands out as the official mobile app from the AMA, which serves as the authoritative source for the CPT codeset and expert guidance on their proper use. One of the challenges in coding lies in assigning the Evaluation and Management (E/M) codes, which are among the most frequently used and arguably the most difficult. The inclusion of the E/M Wizard in this app, available during the free trial period and with any single or multiyear Coding & Billing Pack purchase, serves to help physicians and qualified healthcare professionals select the appropriate code according to AMA and CMS coding guidelines.

The app offers a 14-day trial period with full access. After this period, an in-app purchase or activation is necessary.
